Closure of Biometric Resident Permits Management Service

From 1st February the Biometric Residence Permits management and verification telephone service has been replaced with an email service:

To notify the UK Border Agency of an issue with the delivery of a BRP, please email: BRPDelivery@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

To notify the UK Border Agency of an error on a BRP, please email: BRPError@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

To report the loss or theft of a BRP, please email: BRPLost@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

To confirm a BRP is valid, employers and sponsors should email: employerBRPverification@ukba.gsi.gov.uk
